Privacy and legal details

The website and services are provided by Tadas Stačiokas, Aušros g. 20, Kaunas, info@ttech.lt.

This notice covers the ttech.lt website (including ttech.lt/sutampa) and email correspondence.

The site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Fonts and images load from the same server, with no third-party requests. We do not build visitor profiles or analyse browsing. The only record of a visit is the technical server log (IP address, time, requested page, browser), which the hosting provider Hostinger handles on our behalf: it is needed to keep the site secure and running (legitimate interest). The Hostinger control panel shows this log for 7 days; we do not copy it.

If you send an email, your name, email address and the content of your message are used only to reply and to continue the correspondence. They are not used for marketing and are not disclosed to third parties. One exception: if you tell us who referred you, we may tell that person you got in touch and, if a referral fee was agreed with them, that the work was paid for. We use their name only for this and never publish it. The mail service is provided by Hostinger, so emails are stored on their servers. Hostinger uses sub-processors, including companies in the United States and Canada (for example, for email delivery). Under Hostinger's agreement, transfers to countries without a European Commission adequacy decision are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses (Hostinger data processing agreement).

If we wrote to you first: we found your company's email address publicly, on your company's website. We use it for one service offer and one reminder. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): offering our services to businesses. If you reply “no”, we do not write again and keep the address only on a do-not-contact list.

The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): answering your enquiry. If work is agreed, the basis becomes the conclusion and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and your contact details are then needed to perform it.

How long we keep data: correspondence for up to 2 years after the last email; if work is agreed, contracts and invoices for as long as accounting law requires; the do-not-contact list for as long as we send offers; if you did not reply to our offer, the entry in our sending log and the sent email are deleted after 6 months. Emails are deleted earlier if you ask.
